Since the Democrat party took over Delaware County in 2021, there has been a ~30% tax increase on our property. Based on the budget and funding passed for 2025 we are likely to see another 20-30% increase in the next couple years to fund mismanagement

6% increase in 2024, 23% increase in 2025, ~$35 million of “revenue” included in 2025 budget from one time sources - ARPA, Use of Fund and “Transfers”

 Under Republican leadership the county received state funding for health care and Crozer hospitals served our residents. Under Democrat leadership, hospitals have closed and a Delaware County health Department was formed with a $19 MILLION budget, 1/3 of which is being subsidized by Covid funds that are due to run out with no apparent replacement

The All Democrat Council decided to take over controll of George W Hill Correction Facility. During the process they released a study showing how public management would decrease issues and costs. 2 years later: violent incidences are up, cost per prisoner is up and the Warden is resigning. $15 Million in investments have been wasted and promises have not been kept

The all Democrat Council of Delaware County is seeking to create a Human rights commission which will consist of citizens with the ability to impose fines, issue subpoenas and hold hearings based on perceived slights or personal grudges focused on gender and sexuality complaints. This will only reduce public trust in our court system and government. Any legitimate claims of unlawful behavior should be tried in a court of law so there should be no need for a democrat social issues court.
